About The Texas Boys

Additional Speaker (8:45-9:30 sessions)

The Texas Boys

Meet TD and Faith Ford.

TD and Faith were both born and raised in the cold North East.  They met and married while in college and began their life long pursuit of creating a living legacy for their children.
10 years ago, in pursuit of a better life for their children, they relocated to Texas. Now married for nearly 25 years with 6 children they enjoy a simple rural life together. Over the years, they have served in their local church and have grown in their faith. TD has owned his own businesses and worked in various fields such as Finance, Construction, and Sales.  For the past 10 years he has served in local church ministry as a Pastor of a small flock.  Faith’s full time work is loving and helping her husband and raising, discipling and training her children. Together as a family they work to care for animals on their farm including cows, horses, pigs, chickens and have two small dogs and a cat.  The oldest three young men have a construction business, run a YouTube Channel, “The Texas Boys” with 100,000 subscribers and a Podcast called “The Fearless Podcast” where they share their family values and perspectives.  The oldest three young men also run a website where they sell their grass fed beef, their “Native” Coffee and Honey Brand  as well as other products. The younger three children enjoy a slow paced homeschool lifestyle on the family farm. Together as a family their hearts desire is to ultimately glorify the Lord with their lives!

East Mountain Bluegrass Band

Meet The Band

East Mountain Bluegrass began in 1994 with Art Mauldin, Mike & Julie Tucker serving at the HiWay 80 Rescue Mission in Longview, TX. The band has continued to serve every month on the third Monday for the past 29 years. Originating as an all bluegrass gospel band, East Mountain continues to sing gospel music along with bluegrass and familiar tunes, using acoustic instruments. Lynn Gray and Dennis Clute play regularly with the band and are joined by special guest Anthony Bonnette from time to time.

“East Mountain & Friends” (as well as Mike Tucker & Friends) became a popular Friday night event at The Gladewater Opry for over 20 years. With East Mountain being the host band, friends from all over the region as well as nationally, would round out a full evening of bluegrass and gospel music.
